Hey so tell me about this candidate again?
Sidra was just about to do a phone screen when the Slack popped up. She looked at the name and the time.
You mean the one you have in 5 minutes?
Yeah.
Did you look at the interview kit link in your calendar?
I was just about to. Just came from a meeting so wanted to check in with you first.
With me for what exactly? Sidra thought. But she knew. Cam didn't want to click the link or read. How do I navigate this so that I'm not being snarky, she thought.
Because Una told the team that C-suite mentioned in their ELT meeting they were hearing that the Recruiting Team was "acting a little burnt out and snappy" to which Una replied "well you have cut my team in half and the work is the same" and then they moved on further into their agenda to the new AI roll out.
Sidra worried about Una. Sometimes it was like she had a Captain America shield to protect them from things. But even Captain America has moments.
